It is designed to help users describe the situation clearly, avoid jumping to conclusions, identify potentially relevant equality or workplace issues, consider proportionate next steps, and request a trusted source trail where needed.
Use Navigator when
- Someone is unsure what to do next.
- A workplace conflict is escalating.
- A manager needs to respond proportionately.
- A concern may involve harassment, discrimination, victimisation, adjustments or dignity at work.
- HR needs a clearer source trail before action is taken.
