Navigating Complexity

Let’s think thisthrough together.

Workplace people issues are rarely straightforward. They involve people’s perspectives, emotions, evidence and judgement.

Navigator helps you slow the situation down, explore it from different angles, and think it through with greater clarity before deciding what to do next.

Navigator doesn’t tell you what to think.Navigator helps you think more carefully.

About this pilot

About this controlled pilot

Navigator V3 is being tested as a UK-only judgement-support interface for complex workplace people issues.

It is designed to help users describe the situation clearly, avoid jumping to conclusions, identify potentially relevant equality or workplace issues, consider proportionate next steps, and request a trusted source trail where needed.

Use Navigator when

  1. Someone is unsure what to do next.
  2. A workplace conflict is escalating.
  3. A manager needs to respond proportionately.
  4. A concern may involve harassment, discrimination, victimisation, adjustments or dignity at work.
  5. HR needs a clearer source trail before action is taken.

After testing, please give pilot feedback.
